David has asked that you come up with some comps for the house we bought. He pulled up something on the net that showed home sales in the area and the prices were much lower. Of course, a lot of the homes were sold, and he wasn’t out looking at homes like we were to know that we got a great deal. He’s not angry or anything, he just wants to feel like we didn’t pay too much. I know we didn’t. But as I say, he wasn’t out looking at some of the overpriced dumps we were. It’ll just make him feel better if you find some truly comparable homes that sold recently in our price range.
